I AM WITH YOU

A word never goes far than it has spoken to you first then after that it will travel. Words bring life in us but more the words of God.

What has build my confidence over the years across all seasons of life is this promise “I am with you”.

It is an unwavering assurance that is entirely because He is God. Like grace it is not subject to our ‘being good’.
The validity of the promise is that He is here, with us and in us forever.

He will never leave nor forsake me. (Deuteronomy 31:6)

This truth has been instilled into my being.
It is not just a promise but a reality that stands amidst limitations, burdens of life, lack, calamities and dangers of life.

In the valley, on the mountain, in hunger and satisfaction this promise still stands and great is His faithfulness.

And because God said it, that settled it and there is no reason to…

I come in peace
For my heart is full of it besides this amazing eagerness to finally set my eyes on you, hear that beautiful voice, that warm embrace that seems to so loudly yet without words say, “I’m safe here in, in your bosom”

I woke up with a heart full of the rhythms of the wise sayings of Solomon ,

“Behold how beautiful you are my darling. Behold how beautiful you are, your eyes are like the dove’s eyes” so I imagined!

Clothing your beautiful face with warm good morning kisses would have been a privilege to enjoy. I would loved you to have a day full of smiles and a peaceful heart.

But if you do not know where your lover is o fairest among women, run along, read the words I say to you.

Please come to me, if this be the perfect time for us to build a palace then come.
Lift up the veil a little more then you will see me.

On my bed night after night I sought the one whom my soul loves.
I sought her but did not find her
So I said I must arise now and go into the city and into the streets.
I must seek the one whom I love perhaps I will find her.

If I knew you were here I wouldn’t let my heart to wonder in the scapes of “where is she? “, “is she the one?”, “How does she look?”

Days are dark but I have put on a brazen heart through the ‘scapes’ to safely come to you.

Do Not Fear!

In our generation the hopes of Marriage are dimming by the day thus instilling fear in most people.
Some have dreaded this institution
Some have resolved to just getting a child and that is it; no marriage for them.

But we will keep saying it.
Marriage is God ordained
God supports marriage a hundred percent (between a woman and man)

A successful Marriage does not mean the presence of God in the institution while A Godly marriage does not mean absence of problems but for you who is a child of God, He is the one person you can never attempt to do Marriage without. He should be the center of it all, the one you run to, the one look up to.

Don’t be afraid! Get married if you have the desire to.

As long as evil is in the world there will always be things that will tend to rip out that commitment and hope from some. The enemy thrives on causing fear and havoc.

Hide in Christ, commit all to Him and He will make you prosper in the way you have chosen (In His will for you). He will give you victory a midst the battles and evil that surround us.

Like He said to Joshua when he was about to take up the duty of leading the children of Israel into the promised land.
“Fear not. as I was with Moses, I will also be with you”

I just want to encourage you who’s single and looking forward to getting married, don’t be afraid. If this is your ‘promised land’ you will surely occupy it and shall see the goodness of the Lord.
A midst all this evil, there is a remnant which you are too!

This truth has been instilled into my being.
It is not just a promise but a reality that stands amidst limitations, burdens of life, lack, calamities and dangers of life.

In the valley, on the mountain, in hunger and satisfaction this promise still stands and great is His faithfulness.

And because God said it, that settled it and there is no reason to doubt.

It means that I can trust Him to lead me to victory
I can trust Him to lead me to a place of abundance
I can trust Him to lead me to a rock higher than me.
I can trust Him when my strength is failing for even in my weaknesses will His strength be made perfect.

I can trust Him as my ever present help not only in times of trouble but in all life.
I can trust Him as my peace amidst the storm.

And when He says be still I will trust Him because He’s God of all flesh and nothing is difficult with Him.

I’m with you,

He does not leave us on our own when it is all rosy and comes back when terror sets in.
He is present through out all times!

As dark as it may seem to be, this promise is as a light that illuminates our paths with assurance knowing that He is with us even through the fire

When terror sets in I take confidence in His word (His promise). Because when the enemy will come in like a flood the Spirit of God will raise a standard against him.

I’m with you”
Is not because He has no option but to be here, No!

It is because He loves us.
In those weaknesses, struggles, achievements, goals, He wants to be with us through each of them. And in the end like the children of Israel we will look and say, Lo! Had it not been the Lord who was on our side… and therefore cause us to bring glory to His Name!

“I’m with you”
Is a promise that shuts out fear, negativity, inferiority and fuels assurance, focus, strength and peace in seasons.

Should all else fail Jesus will still be there.

It is worth the wait!

I know you hate it,
You hate the hurt,
You hate that someone you trusted so much didn’t see it.
I know you hate it, that they didn’t see your worth
You hate that they never were patient with you
That you were let down, disappointed and really broken .
I know it was a painful experience that you never thought of, never expected especially from some one you loved whole heatedly.

They never understood what you went through just to be with them, overlooked all “nos” and just chose to be with them. But then they just took off.
They never saw the sacrifice, the patient you had on them, the perseverance and ability to put up with all their faults. But again they just walked away.

Sometimes you wonder if in the first place it was worth it!

But after all is said and done I want you to know that one day someone will walk into your life and make you realize why it never worked with anyone else.

Don’t give up yet, some are too blind to see your worth!
